STUNNING
God in terms of beauty, this book is beyond comparison. It’s worth buying even if you aren’t a huge fan of fashion for it was made to be on display on a coffee table or bookshelf. It is so insanely beautiful from the cover to the writing to the photos inside. There is minimal text, most of it being a summary of interviews with McQueen prior to his death and then with those he was close to after his unfortunate passing. He truly was a pioneer in terms of fashion and my absolute favorite designer ever. His pieces were innovative and edgy while never feeling as though they’re trying too hard. It’s an absolutely gorgeous book and I would highly recommend picking it up to look through at the very least because it is well, well worth it.
