Twitter in a book.
Listen, I love John Cena. I own a Hustle, Loyalty, Respect hoodie circa like 2013. I am a loser like that. If John Cena’s name is on a thing, I will likely like that thing. One of the things I do love is John Cena’s Twitter account, which is only beaten out by John Cena’s truly incredible Instagram. Seriously, go look at it. The man is a weirdo of the highest order, and we all need to acknowledge this.
That being said, this book is basically just a collection of John Cena’s tweets paired with some really pretty and minimalist artwork. I really enjoyed the artwork and it paired with his tweets makes for a nice aesthetic, perfect if they wanted to make some of these into art prints. It, however, doesn’t make the greatest book. The fun thing about John Cena’s Twitter is occasionally you stumble upon a good motivational statement that hits you when you need it, but the tweets only come up once and a while. Reading them all as a book doesn’t work as well because it’s not as motivating to read 50 motivating statements in a row. So overall a nice sentiment and a beautiful book, just not something I’m super into.
