The Wedding!!!

This series is like what would happen if I wrote a fanfic and turned it into a manga. I love how universal it feels and how in every volume I relate to a different character. It’s such a breath of fresh air every time I pick up a new volume of this. I don’t know how best to describe it, but I feel like the author does a great job of making the story feel real like I’m less reading a manga and more watching a sitcom take place. There’s so much movement within this series, it feels like I’m on the ride along with the characters.

The marriage between Kabakura and Koyanagi is so freaking cute and in character, I LOVE them so very much. Narumi and Hirotaka are also so sweet I adore them and I am losing my mind at how slow this slow burn is. Please give me something! Naoya and Ko are fantastic and seeing their relationship develop and move to the next step in this volume was my favorite part. They truly are moving slowly but still forward, something I wish Hiro and Narumi would do!

I’ve actually bought every volume of this series thus far, which shows you how much I do love it. As a librarian my personal library space is limited, so the fact that this makes the collection says a lot about my faith in the series! Best slice of life manga out there for me.
